Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie

I found this recipe in a Patchwork Potluck Cookbook last year. Since I love blueberries, I thought I would try this delicious pie. This is a delicious pie that is great to make anytime of the year. It is a refreshing dessert in the summer when you don't want to heat up the kitchen. I have used the Mixed Berry Pie Filling as well for a different taste. This pie is so good that it is usually gone in one night.

2 pkg
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
9 inch graham cracker crust
21 oz
can of blueberry pie filling or pie filling of your choice
1 tsp
lemon juice


1Blend together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg.

Step 2 Direction Photo

2Spread evenly into crust; set aside.

3Combine pie filling and lemon juice; spoon over cream cheese mixture.( Berry Medley Pie Filling was used for all the photos for this pie.)

Step 4 Direction Photo

4Chill at least 2 hours until ready to serve.
