How To Make banana split delight

  • 1
Prepare graham cracker crust with melted butter. Mix well, pour into greased 11 x 9 greased glass dish and pat out with hand. Refrigerate.
  • 2
In bowl, mix cream cheese,sugar,2 Tblsp. sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in half of Cool Whip. I used 2 8-oz. CoolWhips instead of one large. Pour and layer on crust.
  • 3
Layer pineapple, bananas, and strawberries on top in that order. I used fresh strawberries and sprinkled a packet of Stevia over them.
  • 4
Whisk puddings, banana extract and milk until thickened. Spread on top of fruit layer. Cover with the remaining Cool Whip, then decorate with chocolate syrup, cherries and nuts. I used walnuts but pecans are yummy too! Refrigerate at least 4 hours but I did for overnight.
