Ingredients

CRUST:

1 1/2 c
flour
1 stick
margarine or butter

FILLING:

4 - 6
bananas, sliced lengthwise
1
pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c
powdered sugar
1
tub (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed

TOPPING:

1
pkg. instant pudding - lemon or vanilla
3 c
cold milk

Directions Step-By-Step

CRUST: Cut margarine into flour, press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes in a 325 degree oven or until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
FILLING: Lay bananas on cooled crust. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together and fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over bananas.
TOPPING: Beat together cold milk and instant pudding, pour over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
