caramel ice cream topping
1Core apples. Place on a baking sheet lined with non stick foil.
2For EACH apple... sprinkle with 1 TBS brown sugar. Top with 2 TBS caramel ice cream topping and pecans.
3Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If the apples are smaller they won't take as long... 15-20 min.
4Place apples in a bowl and drizzle a little more caramel and a few more peacans on the top of each apple. Serve warm!
