APRICOT GLAZED PEACH ROSE in a Puff PASTRY

Puff pastry is baked till golden, topped with peaches arranged in a petal like spiral looking like a rose.
Then glazed with the apricot preserves.
This makes a beautiful, delightful, golden presentation.
I tasted this at a party, years ago,and my friend gave me the recipe.
Everyone loved it!
Picture and recipe cut from a 1950 home magazine.
Cut a 9-inch circle from puff pastry sheet.
Prick with a fork.
Bake on a cookie sheet until golden,14-20 minutes.
Spread 4 tablespoons of apricot preserves over baked pastry.
