- large can apricot halves (this is how the recipe reads, i use two 15 oz cans)
- 1/2 box
- light brown sugar
- sleeves ritz crackers, crumbled
- stick butter, melted
1Preheat oven to 300
2Drain apricots and place in casserole dish.
3Top with sugar, then cracker crumbs and then butter.
4Bake for 1 hour.
