Ingredients For applesauce banana bread

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    applesauce
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3
    mashed bananas
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make applesauce banana bread

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, cream together sugar and applsauce.

    Beat in eggs. Add baking soda, flour and salt. Mix well. Beat in bananas and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hr, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
