I got this recipe from my son-in-laws mother. She is Hispanic and makes all kinds of wonderful meals. This is so good, I've actually have had it for breakfast!! Now, if I could just make her rice and beans the way she does, I'd be golden,lol.

Ingredients For apple burritos

    21 oz can apple pie filling
  • 8
    6" flour tortillas, i used whole grain
  • 1-1/2 c
    apple cider
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    butter

How To Make apple burritos

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a baking dish lightly w/ cooking spray. Spoon 1/3 cup pie filling onto each tortilla and rool up. Place, seam-side down in baking dish.

    In saucepan, combine apple cider, sugar and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring often. reserve 1/2 cup sauce. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas.

    Bake tortillas, covered, for 30 mins. Uncover and bake for 20 mins, or until tortillas are lightly browne. Serve w/ reserved sauce. I also serve w/ a little dollop of whipped cream.
