|2 c||fresh or frozen mixed berries or other fruit|
|2 c||rolled oats( oatmeal not quick cooking)|
|1/2 c||chopped pecans or other nuts, walnuts, almonds|
|1 tsp||baking powder|
|1/4 tsp||sea salt|
|1 c||grated apple, peeled and cored|
|1 c||milk any type|
|1/2 c||vanilla yogurt|
|1/3 c||maple syrup|
|2 tsp||vanilla extract|

DirectionsPreheat oven to 375^. Coat a 9-inch pie dish or 9-inch square dish with cooking spray; set aside.
In a large bowl stir together berries, oats, pecans, baking powder, salt and apple.In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, yogurt, syrup, vanilla, egg and extra yolk; stir into oat mixture.Pour into prepared pie dish and bake until firm and golden brown on top, about 45-50 minutes. Cut into slices or squares and serve.
