Anything Goes Yummy Fruit Cobbler

The other day I had a taste for something sweet and gooey but didn't have anything special in the fridge or pantry. I decided to try a cobbler with some canned homemade peach marmalade and pear preserves leftover from last season. Plus some jams & jellies I had on hand. If it didn't turn out, oh well, at least I tried. It turned out to be very good.

Ingredients

3/4 - 1 stick

2 c
fruit, (fresh, drained canned or preserves)

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Melt butter in a 9x13 greased pan in microwave.

4
Pour this batter on top of fruit and Do Not Stir.
5
Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned and middle does not jiggle. Approx. 30-35 minutes. Check at 25 minutes.
