7up Fruit Cobbler
A coworker was talking about how good this was so I thought I'd pass the recipe on. You can use any frozen fruit you like.
- 2 bag(s)
- 12 oz. frozen fruit - i used a cherry berry blend
- 1 box
- white cake mix (don't use one with pudding in the mix)
- 10-12 oz
1Spray a 9x13 pan and spread frozen fruit evenly in bottom of the pan.
2Sprinkle dry cake mix over the frozen fruit.
3Slowly pour the 7up over the dry cake mix.
4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
5I let mine cool but I'm guessing it would be great served warm with either ice cream or whipped cream
