The original recipe is called "5 cup Ambrosia" but I feel the full cup of sweetened flaked coconut is too much, if you are a fan of coconut add a full cup. This is SO easy. It can be served alone or with a nice slice of Angel Food cake.

Ingredients

1 c
canned(or jarred) pineapple,drained
1 c
canned mandarin oranges(or jarred),drained
1 c
mini marshmallows
1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
coconut flakes

YOU CAN ADD FRUIT COCKTAIL IN PLACE OF EITHER OR BOTH FRUITS IF YOU WANT TO...IT IS STILL VERY GOOD.

jarred cherries for decorating if you like.

Step-By-Step

1Stir everything together. I usually refrigerate it for at least an hour to allow the flavors to blend and give it a nicer consistency.
