The original recipe is called "5 cup Ambrosia" but I feel the full cup of sweetened flaked coconut is too much, if you are a fan of coconut add a full cup. This is SO easy. It can be served alone or with a nice slice of Angel Food cake.

Ingredients

1 c
canned(or jarred) pineapple,drained
1 c
canned mandarin oranges(or jarred),drained
1 c
mini marshmallows
1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
coconut flakes

YOU CAN ADD FRUIT COCKTAIL IN PLACE OF EITHER OR BOTH FRUITS IF YOU WANT TO...IT IS STILL VERY GOOD.

jarred cherries for decorating if you like.

Stir everything together. I usually refrigerate it for at least an hour to allow the flavors to blend and give it a nicer consistency.
