Ingredients

1 1/2 c
minute rice uncooked
12 oz
can evaporated milk
1 c
pumpkin puree
1 c
water
3/4 c
dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp
each cloves, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, salt and cardoman
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
vanilla
2/3 c
raisins
whipped topping (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients except vanilla and raisins. Cook over medium heat stirring frequently for 15 to 20 minutes. Until rice is cooked.
2Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and raisins. Let stand for 10 minutes.
3Serve warm or cold with whipped topping if desired
