My mom always made at x-mas & thanksgiving

Ingredients For paradise pudding

  • 1 1/4 c
    chopped maraschino cherries (save juice)
  • 1 sm
    can pineapple chopped ( save juice )
  • 8 0z fl
    beat heavy cream, whipped till it peaks with mixer
  • 1 small bag
    marshmallows, mini

How To Make paradise pudding

  • 1
    put marshmallos, mini in a large bowl,add chopped cherries & chopped pineapple pour 1/8 cup cherry juice over marshmallows & 1/8 cup pineapple juice and toss. put in refrigerator & chill just before serving whip heavy whipping cream till it peaks !! mix in with marshmallo's ,cherry & pinapple mixture and serve ( be sure you drain fruit and save juice ) keep in refrigerator Enjoy !!! Yummy
