I found this on a diabetes website. It was midwinter and I was craving fruit. This was a perfect answer. Easy to make and I can make any flavor by just changing the drink mix powder flavor and garnish.

Ingredients

8 oz
cream cheese softened
1 c
skim milk
8 oz
whipped topping, thawed
2 tsp
sugar free fruit flavor drink mix powder
fruit for garnish

Directions Step-By-Step

Beat cream cheese and drink powder in a large bowl. Slowly add milk to thin.

Fold in whipped topping until well blended.

Refrigerate until firm. Approximately 3 hours. Garnish with fruit.
