The traditional southern banana pudding uses vanilla pudding but I prefer banana.

Ingredients

2 (3.4 oz. pkg
instant banana pudding mix
3 c
milk
30
vanilla wafers cookies
3
bananas, sliced
8 oz
cool whip

Step-By-Step

1Mix pudding mixes and milk. Beat with a whisk for 2 minutes. Let Stand 5 minutes.
2In a 2 qt. bowl, place half the wafers on the bottom and up sides.
3Top with half the banana slices.
4Then add half the pudding on top of that. Repeat all the layers.
5Cover the top with Cool Whip.Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
