Get ready for strawberry picking! A very good pie I had at a luncheon. Quite simple and different from the rest. Too good not to share. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients For strawberry pie

  • 1-1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 cups chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter

How To Make strawberry pie

  • 1
    Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon thoroughly. Add strawberries and mix lightly. Pour mixture into pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover pan with top crust and cut several slits in it.

    Bake at 425 for 35-45 minutes or until crust is browned and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust.
