I got this recipe from a friend in New Mexico back in the 80's and it's been a family favorite ever since!

1/4 lbbutter, melted

1 lbbrown sugar, light

3eggs

1 1/2 tspvanilla extract

3 Tbspall purpose flour

6 Tbspmilk

2 tspvinegar

1 cpecans, in pieces

1pie crust shell
How To Make pecan pie

1Melt butter; set aside to cool. Mix flour and sugar together. Add milk and eggs, beat well. Stir in vinegar and vanilla. Add melted butter and nuts; pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 300 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
