I got this recipe from a friend in New Mexico back in the 80's and it's been a family favorite ever since!

Ingredients

1/4 lb
butter, melted
1 lb
brown sugar, light
3
eggs
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
3 Tbsp
all purpose flour
6 Tbsp
milk
2 tsp
vinegar
1 c
pecans, in pieces
1
pie crust shell

Directions Step-By-Step

Melt butter; set aside to cool. Mix flour and sugar together.
Add milk and eggs, beat well. Stir in vinegar and vanilla.
Add melted butter and nuts; pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 300 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
