My daughter and I use this recipe all the time during the summer picnics and when fresh fruit of all kind is available. We sometimes add vanilla and/or cocoa to the cheese mixture.

Ingredients For no bake cheese cake pie

8 ozcream cheese

1 csour cream
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 tube(8 oz) cool whip

1graham cracker pie crust
How To Make no bake cheese cake pie

1In a bowl whip sour cream and cream cheese and sugar.

2Add 1/2 cup of the cool whip and whip to loosen up.

3Fold in rest of cool whip. Will be stiff. I use my mixer to fold and the lowest speed and dough hooks.

4Put in pie crust and refrigerate. Add topping of choice when serving.
