JUST FOUND THIS RECIPE AMONG MY MANY RECIPES. THIS WAS GIVEN TO ME BY A NEIGHBOR NICOLE MANY MANY YEARS AGO. SHE SAID IT WAS VERY EASY TO MAKE, THO I NEVER TRIED IT. ANYTIME I WANTED A PIE OR PIE CRUST MADE HER DAUGHTERS ALWAYS MADE THEM FOR ME. THEY DID VERY WELL MAKING THEM.
THEY SAID THE SECRET IS TO WORK FAST AND NOT HANDLE THE DOUGH TOO MUCH.
