3 ozlemon gelatin

1 cboiling water

8 ozcream cheese room temp

1/2 csugar

1 tspvanilla

12 ozevaporated milk (milnut) cold

3 cgraham crackers, crushed

3/4 cbutter, melted
How To Make fluffy cheesecake

1disolve gelatin in boiling water, chill until slightly thickened.

2cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. add gelatin, blend well. in a large mixing bowl beat milnut until stiff. fold in cream cheese mixture. set aside.

3mix gram cracker crumbs and butter, press 2/3 of crumbs firmly into bottom of 9 by 13 cake pan.

4add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. refridgerate several hours or overnight
