Melt chocolate and butter in microwave for 1 minute 50 seconds. Remove and stir until smooth. Microwave in 10 second increments if not completely melted. Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Pour into greased 9" pie pan, coating sides of pan.
Combine coconut and condensed milk. Spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving 1/2" to 1" border around the edge of the chocolate pie crust.
Bake in a 350F preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
