Ingredients

1 box
regular any flavor cake mix, sifted
1 large
whole egg
3 large
egg yolks, reserve whites for breakfast
1 Tbsp
butter,softened

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. This recipe makes 2 single pie crusts.
2Place dough on a flat surface,slightly floured.
Knead until well combined.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 20 minutes.
3Divide dough in half and roll out dough. Place in pie pan, prick with tines of a fork. Repeat with other 1/2 of dough.
Bake at 350^ for 20-25 minutes for a full size pie.
If making mini pies bake 5-7 minutes at same temperature.
4Mini Pies cut with large round cookie cutter or glass.
5Mini pumpkin fluff pies.
