Ingredients

2 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
white sugar
3 Tbsp
unsalted butter, softened
1/4 tsp
salt

eggs, slightly beaten
1 12-oz. jar(s)
butterscotch ice cream topping
1 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
shredded coconut
1/2 c
chopped pecans
1-9 in.
unbaked pie shell

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients in the order listed, stirring after each addition.

Pour batter into pie shell.

Bake 40 - 45 minutes. Let cool; serve at room temperature.
