Ingredients

9inch single pie crust, unbaked
3
eggs, beaten
1 c
sugar
1/2 c
light corn syrup (the clear kind)
1/4 c
maple syrup
1/4 c
butter, melted
1/8 tsp
salt
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 1/4 c
pecans, halves or chopped (i used chopped)
3 slice
bacon, fried crisp & crumbled small

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350. FILLING- Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, maple syrup, butter, salt, vanilla, pecans and crumbled bacon in bowl. Mix thoroughly. Spoon into unbaked pie shell.

2Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until filling is set. Cool to room temperature before serving .
