This recipe was handed down to me from my mother, who got it from her mother. It's great as a side dish with ham or as a dessert.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
pineapple, crushed (20 oz)
8 slice
bread
2
eggs
1/2 c
sugar
1/4 lb
butter, melted
1 tsp
cinnamon

Directions Step-By-Step

Fill up soufflé dish w/ torn bread. (Bread can be any kind and mixed flavors is great).

Add all ingredients (except for the cinnamon) to the soufflé bowl and mix.

Sprinkle the cinnamon on top.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
