makes 8 oz's (prep is 2 weeks of sitting and 2 mins of mixing)
white sparkling sugar or white granulated sugar
lavender flower buds
1Mix sugar and lavender together and store in an airtight container.
2If you don't want the loose flowers in the sugar, tie the lavender flowers into a small piece of double cheesecloth and remove after 2 weeks.
3It takes about 2 weeks for the flowers to flavor the sugar.
4To use: sprinkle into tea, on pastries or bake with it. whatever else your heart might desire.
