Cheesecake - A Healthy Version

Ingredients

2 pkg
8 oz non-fat cream cheese
3/4 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
all purpose flour
2 tsp
vanilla
1/2 tsp
grated lemon peel
1/2 c
nonfat sour cream
3
egg whites
1 small
prepared graham cracker crust
2 c
raspberries

Directions Step-By-Step

Blend first 5 ingredients together with electric mixer.

Add sour cream and egg whites and beat until well blended.

Pour into prepared crust

Bake 325 for 40 minutes.
Let cool 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 3 hours to set and chill.

While baking and chilling, wash raspberries and dry on a paper towel.
Pour berries over cheese cake just before serving.
