IN A LARGE BOWL MIX TOGETHER RICOTTA, CREAM CHEESE, CONFECTIONERS SUGAR, VANILLA UNTIL THOROUGHLY COMBINED.

FOLD IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP N REFRIGERATE FOR ATLEAST 10 MINUTES

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. PLACE TORTILLAS ON THE BOTTOM OF A MUFFIN TIN IN-BETWEEN CUPS TO FORM A CUP. IN A SMALL DISH COMBINE MELTD BUTTER, CINNAMON N SUGAR N BRUSH THIS MIXTURE LIGHTLY ONTO TORTILLAS.

BAKE FOR 7-10 MINUTES...CHECK FOR CRISPNESS BY TOUCHN TORTILLA AT 7 MINUTES (U CAN FLIP TORTILLA HALFWAY THRU N REPOSITION BETWEEN CUPS N LIGHTLY BRUSH OTHER SIDE ...OPTIONAL).
