Ingredients

graham cracker crumbs
1 c
finely chopped pecans
1/3 c
brown sugar
2/3 c
butter, melted

TOPPING

1/4 c
quick cooking oats
1/2 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
flour
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 c
finely chopped pecans (optional)
4 Tbsp
butter
caramel ice cream topping

FILLING

4 pkg
(8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
brown sugar
3/4 c
sour cream
4
eggs
1 3/4 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
2 c
apples, peeled, cored and slioed

Directions Step-By-Step

Crust: Combine all ingredients. Press into bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of a 10 inch springform pan.
Chill.

Topping: Combine all ingredients, except caramel ice cream topping, until crumbly. Set aside.

Filling: Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and sour cream for 2 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well on low speed.
Add spices and vanilla.
Pour into crust.
Spread apples over filling.
Sprinkle topping ingredients, which have been mixed, on top.

Bake at 325 degrees for 65-75 minutes.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack,
Chill overnight.

Serve with 1 tablespoon of caramel ice cream topping over each slice.
