How To Make old fashioned chocolate ice cream

Combine sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in medium saucepan; gradually stir in milk and eggs. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture just begins to boil. Remove from heat; blend in vanilla, light cream, and heavy or whipping cream. Chill at least 1 hour. Freeze in ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.
