I never thought in a million years I would like coconut but I do! Real coconut is better than processed coconut!

This is by no means healthy just because it is vegan just a better option. =]

Ingredients

1 can(s)
coconut cream
1/4 c
organic sugar
1/4 c
unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbsp
vanilla almond milk

Directions Step-By-Step

Add coconut cream and the organic sugar into a blender. Blend until well combined. Then add the mixture into a bowl.

In a small bowl add the cocoa powder and almond milk to make a syrup.

Then place the syrup in the middle of the coconut mixture. With a knife slightly mix the chocolate into the coconut to make a swirl pattern. Put in the fridge over night.
