  • 2 lg
    oranges juiced, fresh
  • 2 lg
    lemons juiced
  • 4 Tbsp
    cider
  • 4 Tbsp
    brandy
  • 1 pinch
    cinnamon
  • 2 c
    cream
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • grated the zest of the oranges and lemons

How To Make syllabub

  • 1
    Grate the peels of the fruits and squeeze the juice
  • 2
    Mix with cider,brandy,sugar and cinnamon. leave covered out overnight.

    Next Day mix in the cream and chill.

    Serve with fresh sweet fruit; strawberries, blueberries,peaches, raspberries; in small glasses,
