All that I can say is YUM. This is easy and so good. If made into 8 servings, it's only 280 calories.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

6 medium
granny smith apples,peeled, cut into eighths
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 c
packed dark brown sugar
1/2 c
chopped walnuts
1/2 c
maple-flavored syrup
1/4 c
sweetened dried cranberries
1/4 c
butter, melted
2 tsp
ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp
water
1 Tbsp
cornstarch

Directions Step-By-Step

Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray, in slow cooker, toss apples and lemon juice to coat. Add brown sugar, walnuts, syrup, cranberries, melted butter and cinnamon; stir well.

Cover, cook on Low heat setting 3 hours.

In small, bowl, stir together water and cornstarch until smooth. stir into apple mixture in slow cooker. Cover; cook 3 hours longer or until apples are tender.
