scrumpious strawberry dessert-connie's

Recipe by

While "touring" the grocery store, I had fresh strawberries and a pie crust in my cart. Trying to figure out what I was going to prepare with them, I looked down and a light bulb went off. There sat a bowl of cream cheese fruit dip. A recipe was born. Perfect for July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor Day. Easy to make, few ingredients and delightful to eat; the pie was gone in a day and there was only two people eating it. So much for moderation:} Sour cream is the secret ingredient. Enjoy:)
