This is a family favorite for dessert. Can serve vanilla ice cream on top of cobbler if you desire. You may use a little less than 2 Cups of sugar in the recipe if you want.

Ingredients

1/2 c
butter
1 c
flour
2 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
baking powder
3/4 c
milk
1 can(s)
#2 1/2 can peaches
1 tsp
vanilla

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350% Melt butter in 8X12 baking dish.
2Blend flour, 1 C. of sugar and baking powder.
3Stir in milk. Pour over butter.
4Pour peaches over this batter. Sprinkle vanilla over peaches and remaining 1 C. sugar over all the top of the cobbler
5Bake in 350% oven for 1 hour or until brown.
