Ingredients For lemon butter bars
- CRUST

1 call purpose flour

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/4 csugar
- FILLING

3/4 csugar

2 lgeggs
-
2 Tbspall purpose flour

3 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 Tbsplemon zest
-
1/4 tspbaking powder
- TOPPING
-
powdered 10x sugar
How To Make lemon butter bars

1Preheat oven to 350. Combine all crust ingredients in a bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often. Press into bottom of ungreased 8" square baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

2Combine all filling ingredients except powdered sugar in a bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often. Pour filling over hot, partially baked crust. Continue baking 15-20 minutes or until filling is set.

3Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm and again while cool. Cut into bars to serve.
