Blueberry Cream Pie - Steph

This recipe is so light and refreshing and the perfect summer dessert for any occasion. Very easy to assemble and if you like blueberries, this is a real treat with the addition of bananas. It does make two pies.

Ingredients

graham cracker crusts
1 - 2
bananas, sliced
1 c
sugar
8 oz
cream cheese
8 oz
cool whip
1 can(s)
blueberry pie filling

Directions Step-By-Step

Line graham cracker crusts with sliced bananas (your preference on the amount of sliced bananas). Melt in double boiler: 1 cup sugar and 8 ounces cream cheese. COOL.

Add 8 oz. Cool Whip; mix together well and pour over bananas. Top with one can of Blueberry pie filling.
