Ingredients

reduced-calorie margarine
2/3 c
brownsugar substitute to equal
1
egg
1 c
all-purpose flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
apple pie spice
1/2 c
raisins, soaked in water1/4 cup
1/4 c
applesauce, unsweetened
vegetable cooking spray

Step-By-Step

1Cream margarine in a medium bowl. Add brown sugar substitute and egg, beat well

2Sift together flour, baking powder, and apple spice; Add to creamed mixture, beating well. stir in raisins and applesauce.

3spread mixture in a 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray, bake at 350 degrees f for 25 minutes. let cool. cut into 24 squares
