Ingredients

MIX IN A LARGE BOWL UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY

1 large
egg
1/2 c
butter (1 stick)
1/2 c
white sugar
1/4 c
dark brown sugar

THEN ADD

1 tsp
baking powder
1/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
vanilla extract

MIX THAT WELL AND ADD

1 1/2 c
flour
1/3 c
almonds, slivered
1/2 c
white or vanilla flavored baking chips
1/4
of 1 big reeses peanut butter cup, rough chopped.

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

After following the above directions check for right consistency. It is perfect when you can roll it between hands to make a thick snake to pinch off cookies.

If it sticks to hand add a bit more flour.

If it feels dry add a drop or two of milk.

Pinch of about an inch by an inch pieces and bake 11-13 minutes
