Ingredients

2 1/3 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
baking soda
1 1/4 tsp
vanilla extract
2 stick
butter, softened
3 c
chocolate chips
1 pkg
instant vanilla pudding mix
2 large
eggs room tempurature
3/4 c
sugar
3/4 c
light brown sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

Sift together the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Cream together the butter,sugars until well combined.
Add one egg in at a time until incorporated the add the vanilla.
Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees,using a tablespoon,dollop 9 cookies per sheet pan leaving them at minimum two inches apart.

Depending on your oven,bake them from 10-12 minutes.
Let the cool for 3-4 minutes on the sheet pan then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely,that's if you can resist eating them all before they cool!!! Enjoy! :)
P.S. You can also add chopped nuts to this,3/4 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans!
