Put the pineapple juice in a microwave safe bowl; sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the top and let sit a few minutes. Stir in the powdered sugar and microwave on high for about 5 minutes. Set in refrigerator to set about 2 hours.. Whip it and put this as a glaze on top of your fruit pizza...
Mix the flour, butter and powdered sugar as you would for pie dough.. Press into pizza pan and bake at 325* for 30 minutes. Remove and cool.
Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and add a little milk, to make easier to spread.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust...Add your fruits.. then top with juice glaze.. Enjoy!!
