In medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 cup chocolate chips in 10 second intervals until smooth.
In lg bowl, cream sugar, 1/3 cup peanut butter, butter and vanilla. Beat in melted chocolate and egss. Slowly beat in flour mix. Stir in remaining chocolate chips. Cover, chill 1 hr.
Heat oven to 350. Place parchment paper on baking sheets. Shape dough into 1-1/2" balls. Place on baking sheets, press thumb into center of each ball. Fill each indentation w/ 1/2 tsp peanut butter. Bake 10-12 mins or until sides are set. don't overbake, or they'll be too crunchy!
