Ingredients

FOR THE DOUGH

2 c
unsalted butter, softened
12 oz
softened cream cheese
4 c
all purpose flour

FOR THE FILLING

4 Tbsp
unsalted butter melted
1 1/2 c
brown sugar
2 large
eggs
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
2 c
finely chopped pecans (measure after chopped)

1mix your filling in a medium bowl until blended.

3form balls as you fill your pans. use the small tart pans, do not grease.
Press gently in the center and form a cup.

4using a small teaspoon, add your filling, do not over load.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

remove and place on a cookie rack to cool
