Found this recipe on the back of butterscotch chips a while back. It's super easy and really delicious!

Ingredients

3/4 c
butter
1/2 c
sugar
1 c
brown sugar
1 tsp
baking powder
1/4 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
salt

egg
1 tsp
vanilla
1 1/4 c
flour
2 c
rolled oats
1 11-12oz pkg
butterscotch chips

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 375 F & line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.

Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.

Gradually beat in flour, oats, and butterscotch chips.

Drop dough by round spoonfuls two inches apart on cookie sheets.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges brown.
