Found this recipe on the back of butterscotch chips a while back. It's super easy and really delicious!

Ingredients

3/4 c
butter
1/2 c
sugar
1 c
brown sugar
1 tsp
baking powder
1/4 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
salt
1
egg
1 tsp
vanilla
1 1/4 c
flour
2 c
rolled oats
1 11-12oz pkg
butterscotch chips

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375 F & line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
3Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
4Gradually beat in flour, oats, and butterscotch chips.
5Drop dough by round spoonfuls two inches apart on cookie sheets.
6Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges brown.
