- refrigerated sugar cookies (roll)
- 4-5 c
- lucky charms cereal
- green food coloring
- 1 can(s)
- vanilla ready to spread frosting
1Heat oven to 350. Use parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Cut cookie dough into 1/2 inch thick slices. Cut each slice in half crosswise. Roll each piece into a ball and place 2 inches apart. Bake 9-11 minutes until bottoms are lightly brown.
Move to cooling racks and cool completely.
2Meanwhile, separate marshmallows from cereal.
Stir green color into frosting until well mixed. You may make light or darker green shade, as desired. Place 4-5 marshmallows from cereal on cookies. Store lightly covered at room temperature. (Frosting does not harden.)
