1/2 cflaked coconut, toasted
How To Make lemon cream cheese cookies

1Preheat oven to 350. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl. Beat sugar, butter, cream cheese, and egg in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add lemon peel and juice; beat until well blended.

2Stir in flour mixture and coconut; mix well. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until set. Cool on cookie sheets 4 minutes. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
