Decadent Chocolate Coconut No Bake Bars

Ingredients

4 stick
butter divided
1/4 c
sugar
1/4 c
cocoa powder
1 large
egg
1 tsp
vanilla
2 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 c
coconut
1/2 c
chopped nuts
6 Tbsp
milk
2 Tbsp
instant coconut pudding
4 c
powdered sugar
1 bag(s)
milk chocolate chips

Step-By-Step

1Spray a 9x13 pan. Set aside. Melt 1 stick of butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar, cocoa powder and egg. cook until well blended whisking constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
2Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts. Press into the prepared pan and refrigerate to cool.
3In a small bowl combine the milk and pudding and set aside.
4In a large bowl beat 2 sticks of softened butter about 30 seconds. Beat in the pudding mixture and then the powdered sugar. Spread this over top the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate
5Melt the chocolate chips and 1 stick of butter in microwave and spread over top. Refrigerate 2 hours until set. Cut into bars.
