Ingredients For cranberry cookies

    butter
  • 3/4 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1 pkg
    4 serving size vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 pkg
    9 ounces dried cranberries

How To Make cranberry cookies

    Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter, brown sugar, pudding mix, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour and baking soda, beating at low speed until blended.

    Stir in cranberries. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
