Ingredients For chocolate dipped nut macaroons

  • 3 1/2 c
    coconut, flaked
  • 1
    egg white
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c
    course chopped walnuts
  • 2/3 c
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 6 oz
    semi sweet chocolate - melted

How To Make chocolate dipped nut macaroons

    Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and blend till thoroughly combined.

    Preheat oven to 325 degree F. On a lightly greased sheet pan or can line with parchment paper; drop by tablespoonfuls and baked for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden. ( I shape with my fingers a bit )

    Once cookies are cool, dip bottoms of macaroons in chocolate and place on parchment paper or waxed paper to set up. Enjoy!
